The templates are contained within WinZip files to reduce download times. If you do not have WinZip on your computer you can download a shareware version from http://www.winzip.com. Click on the download icon below and select the save option, this will allow you to choose where you wish the templates to be saved.

To use the templates start Microsoft Word in the usual way. Select File from the main menu and the Opentab. Select the directory you saved the templates in, you may have to change the 'Files of type' option to Document Template (*.dot). Choose the product code you wish to use.

Due to the way Envelopes & Labels Tool's registry is constructed, the download cannot be saved into it. Should you require templates in Envelopes & Labels for use with Mail Merge please e-mail info@hovat.co.uk.

If you are using coloured labels the product codes will not appear but an alternative template will be available. For instance if you are using product ABPY-4054 Yellow 21 labels per sheet the equivalent template would be the standard white 21 labels per sheet template ABP-424 or ABP-425.
